I almost never wear miniskirts, but today I felt like digging this corduroy number out of my closet to complete my neutral colored look. I wore my super soft handmade leather boots by L'Artigiano di Riccione (which you might have already seen in this post) and accessorized with a golden hair chain by Choies and a pair of Pacman earrings by visionary Indian designer Yogesh Chaudhary's label Surendri (via The Silk Closet).

Hey guys! Today I wanted share with you my experience with Annmarie Skin Care. I had the chance to try seven of their products and I can say that they know what they're doing. A hot cup of coffee, an exotic velvet turban and an oversize cardi to wrap myself in on a rainy afternoon. It feels like autumn, but it doesn't matter, because the promise of summer is in the air and everything is wonderful.

I'm back with my monthly feature dedicated to my new fashion discoveries. (I skipped February due to a big project I was working on, my bad.) Anyway, the competition in the fashion world is fierce and I believe that these following brands really deserve some extra attention, as they make beautiful things and they make them with love and passion - something I'm sure most of us appreciate when purchasing clothing and accessories. So here comes my list, let me know if you are familiar with any of these brands and which items are your favorites!

Happy Sunday, ladies and gentlemen! Today I wanted to show you this super summery look I was lucky enough to wear before the weather got cold(ish) again. This twirly blush pink skirt is from my latest Choies haul and I think it's such a perfect summer basic - light and flowy! I might have to wait a few more weeks to wear colors and fabrics like these on a regular basis, but I'm already happy with this little taste of summer.

Hey guys! I can't tell you how happy I am to be wearing shorts for the first time this spring! This warm and sunny Wednesday was the perfect day to wear a little lace and light colors and also to debut my new studded Indian boots handmade by L'Artigiano di Riccione. It's my first ever pair of this kind and I just love the contrast of the butter soft leather and the edgy studs, and they are also insanely comfortable, which is a huge plus in my book. (Take a moment to appreciate the quality in the close up pictures, it's truly outstanding.)

If I had to choose just one outfit to wear for the rest of my life, it would definitely include a pencil skirt. I know that this red number here is actually a trumpet skirt, but technically it's a pencil skirt with a flouncy hem, am I right? Anyway, I really like the silhouette it creates and it's such a fun thing to wear!

Happy Women's Day, ladies! I know that not everyone celebrates this holiday, but I think it's a great excuse (in case we need one) to remember how awesome and strong we girls really are and to remind the other half of the world about it :)

Hey guys! So I guess I might have spoken to soon when I said spring had arrived. Well, technically it has, because it's warm and sunny, but... we actually had a very bad and kind of inexplicable wind storm that quite literally left Tuscany in pieces - think crumbling walls, falling trees and damaged roofs. Thankfully everyone in our family is fine, but it was one hell of a night...

Growing up as a child I was taught to always take good care of my appearance and wear nice clothes, even when I take down the trash or shop for groceries, but even when I'm home - 'cause you know, you never know who might ring the doorbell. My husband says this might have irreversibly damaged me (and he's probably right haha). Some might think that not going out without makeup or decent clothing is a sign of insecurity, which, I assure you, it is not. It is just a question of looking adequate in any situation and being respectful to your fellow human beings who come in touch with you during the day.
